Four Tibetan Buddhist monks from Gaden monastery Jangste - located in the state of Karnataka, South India - are touring Europe to raise funds. They all fled from Tibet to reach the south of India where you can continue their studies. When they were studied in the monastery in Tibet Tawu Nyamsu Thoesam Dargye Ling. The main purpose of the initiative is to provide economic aid to one of the monasteries where they now live some 300 monks who still, despite the many difficulties caused by the lack of personal and religious freedom, by an endless poverty of resources necessary for subsistence and the lack of aid necessary to the maintenance of the structures in which they conduct their business, they agreed with admirable courage, strength and determination to remain in their beloved country, Tibet. The resources collected will allow: the reconstruction of dilapidated or unsafe structures, the restructuring of the internal and external flooring, restoration and decoration typical of the Gompa Tibetan Buddhism, where the monks gather in prayer, where they have all the religious rituals and teachings are given to the equal benefit of the local population.
